Dear Fellow Union Members and Friends, I am a strong John McCain
supporter. John McCain has proven himself throughout his lifetime as a man who will fight for this country and can be trusted
and relied upon. He is not George Bush! I want to vote for John McCain Unfortunately
I will be voting for Barack Obama this November. As a union member for 27 years I have no choice.
Our pensions and annuities, also our self funded healthcare, that we and present/past retired members have built throughout
the years of hard work must be protected . That protection can only be achieved through steady
contributions of the current and future working force. We cannot keep this steady decline in union membership from happening
, it’s our spreading cancer and we have to stop it. Barack Obama is willing to push the
“Free Choice Act” into law, which will give us unions a great organizing tool so desperately needed. Barack also
promises to build and repair Americas infrastructure creating plenty of construction jobs. I don’t
believe Barack has the experience or the achievements of a John McCain. But I do believe that Barack Obama has the potential
to be a great President, let’s find out and give him a term in the white house ,while at the same time ,we will be take
taking a first step in fighting this spreading cancer of our declining membership. Yours truly,
